We offer a variety of maintenance contracts that cater to each customer’s needs.

Not only do we offer diverse packages of service and maintenance contracts, but we also tailor to each customer’s needs by developing on demand customized contracts.

We offer a variety of innovative and cost-effective solutions from a normal service up to major overhauling including replacement of all the defective parts, repairing of pumps,  cleaning of engine heads and radiators, and using genuine spare parts to ensure long-term reliable operations.

Scheduled Maintenance:

AJMTS will complete all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation. The following tasks will be completed.

250&500 Hours Servicing:

Repeat all the service works state in the 250 and 500 service hour maintenance schedule including the following.

• Change consumables (Engine oil , oil filters, fuel filters, and Air filters)

• Radiator Power washed

• Complete Power washed Generator

• Check/ adjust the tappet clearance and the electronic unit injectors

• Cleaning the main alternator with air blower or air compressor

Top & end Overhaullover

BFTS personal will carry out the following top end overhaul tasks according manufacture recommendation specific generator workshop manual, following services as a minimum.

• Radiator pressure test
• Radiator Flush out test
• AC alternator insulation test
• Performed magnaflux test
• Remove the cylinder head of engine
• Machining job to installed
• Remove all the parts mounted on the head and clean head
• Calibrate inlet Valve. exhaust Valve, Springs
• Close the cover of engine with new gasket
• Dismantle Radiator and cleaned if required
• Installed new fuel injection pump if required
• Run the generator without load to monitor RPM and to check leakage of water and oil
• Test the generator by load test
• Load Bank test according Manufacture specification
